2022 School Board Candidate Forms
School Board candidates will file from Wednesday, July 27, 2022 to Friday, August 26, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).  Candidates will need to fill out the CAN-34 & CAN-12 forms below.  If you plan to spend or receive over $500 in expenditures/contributions you will need to open a Candidate's Committee with a CFA-1 form.
Campaign Finance 
Pre-Election Campaign Finance (CFA-4) reports will be due for candidate's committees that are on the General Election Ballot by Friday, October 21, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).  Filing a late CFA-4 form will result in fines of $50.00 per day assessed by the Whitley County Election Board.  
HOWEVER, we cannot accept forms until after the reporting period is over (October 14, 2022)
