Candidate Forms

Candidates - Filing takes place in the County Clerk’s office from Wednesday, January 10, 2024 until Friday, February 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. for County Offices & Political Party Offices.  Forms will be uploaded in the beginning of January, 2024.

Campaign Finance

Annual Campaign Finance (CFA-4) reports will be due for all committees that were open in 2023 on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).  Filing a late CFA-4 form will result in fines of $50.00 per day assessed by the Whitley County Election Board. 

HOWEVER, we cannot accept forms until after the reporting period is over (Friday, December 31, 2023)
