The South Whitley Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial body of 5 citizens. The Board is charged with the responsibility of hearing appeals, requests for variances to the land use regulations, and special exception uses within the jurisdictional area of the Town. The Board conducts public hearings for citizen input before making their decisions.
