The Columbia City Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial body of 5 citizens. The Board is charged with the responsibility of hearing appeals, requests for variances of the land use regulations and special exception uses within the jurisdictional area of the City. The Board conducts public hearings for citizen input before making their decision.
