Anyone wanting to be registered to install, repair, remodel septic systems in Whitley County must complete the following: Take our test that covers the existing State Code and pass it with a score of 80%. Provide a copy of Insurance stating a Liability Coverage of one million. Pay a $30.00 fee to the Health Department. Iowpa Members do not have to take the test, but still need to pay the registration fee and submit a copy of insurance.
